Bookings

  • After scheduling a booking, the client’s booking is only guaranteed after payment has been confirmed.

  • Time allocated to each client starts running from the time that was booked (and not the time that the client arrives/ starts recording).

Podcast Bundle Package

  • Time allocated to each client starts running from the time that was booked (and not the time that the client arrives/ starts recording).

  • A digital clock will start running from the time booked and that clock will be displayed to the client during and after each session and also confirmed by email.

  • Any time overran will be deducted from the total hours left in the bundle.

  • We are happy for clients to overrun their allocated time provided that the space is free. If another client has booked the space, unfortunately, we will have to stop the session and no overrun will be permitted.

  • Every client signed onto our bundle is entitled to four hours of studio recording time per month ideally staggered over one hour per week.

  • In the event that the client follows the staggered schedule of one hour per week, the edited versions of all recorded videos will be sent out within seven working days. However, should a client concentrate or stack up their recording sessions to more than one hour per week, the editing process for the entire recording will not follow the seven business days timeline, as in the case of the staggered schedule. Instead, only one hour of edited footage will be sent out in the seven business days time frame and the remaining footage (dependent on the length) will be released in the subsequent time periods of seven business days, until completed.

This policy exists to assist our editorial team to be optimal in their services to all clients in an organized manner, enhancing their work flow.

Podcast Session

A podcast recording session can only have a maximum of 4 people on set.

Editing Services

  • Edited files will be delivered 7 working days from the day recorded.

  • Clients have one round of revision within 48hrs of when the project is edited and delivered via cloud sharing.

  • Clients are responsible to select and send in exact timestamps required for their short form content

  • The total number of free images to be included in each video is three. Additional images required are to be provided by the client with timestamp.

  • Clients are responsible for providing their logo, signature song, intro & outro video template. (P.s if you do not have one, kindly let us know)

  • Clients have one round of revision within 48hrs of when the project is completed and delivered.

Studio policy

We have a strictly no kids policy.

Cancellation/rescheduling policy

Kindly note that once you have booked an appointment with us, it means that we have reserved time in our schedule exclusively for you. If you cancel/reschedule your appointment less than 24 hours before it is scheduled to take place, this would be considered a no show i.e the paid session is lost

Promotion

Any and all content produced on Arrow House Studio premises can by used by Arrow House Studios for its marketing (including but not limited to publication on its website and social media platforms).

Storage of files

We store raw recording files for 1 month after project completion and cannot guarantee access to any files beyond this time. The cost of resending a file to a client is N10,000 per file.

 Copyright Material

The client is responsible for all copyright or licensing issues. Any copyright, licence fees, or royalty payments due to any party(s) for their copyrighted work (including samples) used by the client are the responsibility of the client. The client will ‘hold harmless’ Arrow House Studios for any actions due to any of these violation(s) by the client.

 Technical Difficulties

Human error, equipment, software, computer failures and technical difficulties (although rare) do happen from time to time. Arrow House Studios may at its sole discretion cancel the session and rebook the session at a mutually agreed time if technical difficulties, equipment failure(s), and/or human error factors cannot be quickly fixed.

By accessing and using the services of Arrow House Studios, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. In addition, when using these particular services, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services. Any participation in this service will constitute acceptance of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service. This site and its components are offered for informational purposes only; this site shall not be responsible or liable for the accuracy, usefulness or availability of any information transmitted or made available via the site, and shall not be responsible or liable for any error or omissions in that information. Arrow House Studios reserves the right to change these conditions from time to time as it sees fit and your continued use of the site and studios will signify your acceptance of any adjustment to these terms. If there are any changes to our privacy policy, we will announce that these changes have been made on our site. You are therefore advised to re-read this statement on a regular basis. If there are any changes in how we use our site customers' Personally Identifiable Information, notification by email will be made to those affected by the change.
